Information on personal data

Leone S.p.A. informs you pursuant to Art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR" General Data Protection Regulation), that your data will be processed in compliance with the legislation on privacy in accordance with the herewith guidelines.

2. Personal data processing
Leone S.p.a. deals with personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number) furnished by you by filling out the form available on our website.
3. Purpose of data processing
A) personal data may be processed for pre- contractual or contractual purposes as well as for any other fulfilment of contract and/or the law relating thereto.
B) personal data may also be processed, prior your express consent, to send you free of charge, commercial information on products offered by Leone Spa via e-mail or in hard copy to the address stated as described below

4. Policy on personal data processing
Your data will be processed on paper and computer mode in accordance with the provisions of the law to ensure the security and confidentiality, as well as the accuracy and relevance of the data in relation to the purposes stated. The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2) of EU Reg. 2016/679, precisely: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your data will be stored in our archives for the purposes mentioned in paragraph 3 for a period of time necessary to respond to legal requirements in contractual and accounting matter and for a maximum period of time equal to 10 years.
Once this period is over, you may exercise the right to delete your data in the forms and under the conditions provided for by art. 17 of the EU Reg. 2016/679. It is understood that, in case data processing is based on consent, it remains the possibility for you to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the revocation.

5. Categories of data recipients
Your personal data will be made available, for the purposes indicated at point 3 of this policy, to the following:
            . persons authorized by the data controller
            . other companies or other entities (such as consultants or computer assistance companies) as autonomous data controllers or processors on behalf of the owner. The list of names of data processors may be requested at the address of the data controller. The personnel authorized by the data controller and the data processors nominated by the owner have received specific instructions and the same obligations were extended to them to maintain confidentiality on your data.
Your data, subject to your consent, may also be transferred to third companies, with which Leone cooperates in the field of dentistry in various ways.  In this case the third assignees will be configured as independent data controllers.
6. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data are stored on servers located in the European Union. It is intended that the holder, if necessary, shall have the right to move servers also outside the EU. In this case, the holder ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, and subject to general contractual terms laid down by the European Commission.
7. Nature of data provision and consequences of a refusal to answer
The provision of your personal data is obligatory for all that is required by pre-contractual and contractual obligations and therefore, any refusal to do so may result in the inability of Leone S.p.a. to give course to the requested service.
The provision of data for commercial purposes paragraph 3 point B) is optional and must be explicitly authorized by your consent. You can decide not to provide any data for such purposes or to deny later the possibility to treat data already provided. In that case, you may not receive commercial communications and marketing information materials relating to the services offered by the site owner.

8.  Data subject's rights
In your capacity as person concerned, you have the rights referred to in Articles. 15-22 EU Regulation 2016/679.  In particular you have the right to request: a) access to personal data and rectification or cancellation thereof; b) the restriction of the processing of data as person concerned and to oppose their processing; c) data portability; d) withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You have also the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
